detailed real pics are always useful to make a choice when undecided... but navy boot are not my cup of tea

I am sorry these are just fairly detailed photo's in normal light, something which people on this forum often complain about not being able to see online, I am hardly going to go out and purchase an SLR for this, they DO have enough detail to show them in normal lighting and get a general impression of the shoe etc etc. I really don't know what you expect, this is a thread on a forum not a dedicated fashion blog! Perhaps this is why these forums are so quiet if everytime someone tries to do something they get shot down for no good reason.

the CT forum community and its spirit are dead long ago
it all started when CT passed under a different wing
the forum got an heavy censorship at the point that talking about shoes not available on the CT store but elsewhere was almost prohibited
many people left
and what you can see it's just what remains from these days (with very few exceptions)

but the thing with every photo is...it's not the light, the cam, the lens or the whatnot, it's the skills to take a good photo under the circumstances you're in (a dark/night room, with flash....c'mon! at least you could've done them in daylight or switched on some light that's not "ambient and indirect"...).
you say you're about to start a series of these threads, so you make it your subject then and the only thing i'm saying is, that in this case, your core compentency (not sure if this word is on point as it is in german) is lacking major skills. when i read the topic i expect some photos which at least gotta be in focus and don't make the shoes look worse than they are in reality - sorry, but that's a miss then.....
