The latter. Some older forum software allowed you to post a link to post a link, which put you in a "H. Mobius Loop" from which only rebooting was your only escape. :nerd:

Surely everyone remembers Jonny Briggs - it was a very popular show.

Our Humphrey, Rita, Razzle, Albert and the theme tune etc :brassknocks:

Agree about "Prospects". Great show. Gary Olson went on to be in "Wilderness Road" a bbc comedy that only lasted one series, but I thought was pretty good.

Without a doubt, the biggest f**k up by the bbc in recent years wasn't to give 15 Storeys High a bigger push... or any push! Probably not a month goes by without me watching an episode or two on dvd, it's genius.

Brendan Chase : a drama set in the 1920's about a couple of kids who run away and try to survive in a large forest, hunting for all their food . The production values were very high and the theme tune was great.

I remember this had one of the most memorable theme tunes ever.

Another classic imo was The Red Hand Gang, (don't think this title would be classed as acceptable anymore, especially in the West of Scotland thanks to PC Plod)

Bloke "Oi, get on your bike!"
Vince "it's not a bike it's a plough"
Errol "Why do you keep rising to them - just ignore them"
Vince "Well they're not shouting anything good are they? Why can't they shout something like, "What are you doing with that plough, yer t**t" "
Next bloke "Oi, What are you doing with that plough, yer t**t?"
Vince *shrugs*

Also, where is/was Freaks and Geeks shown? I'd genuinely never heard of it until yesterday when I read na interview in Q ( :embarrassed: ) with Seth Rogen and it got brought up then as Judd Apatow first casted him in it. Then it pops up here. Spooky. Or does Marv also read Q?

My all-time favourite kids programme. The kid next to me in school was a dead ringer for the little ginger captain, and he's still known as Jossy to this day..

The lad that played Johnny Briggs used to live next door to my old boss. His dad in the series played Commander #1 on the Death Star in Starwars, Our Rita was a straight up slag and I think it was Marvin100 that told me the older brother dude had gone on to better things, it was one of those facts that make you go "Oh s**t of course" but I am f****d if I can remember it now.
