On todays travels to East London (Aldgate East), found 577 Anniversary Blue/Grey for £29.99 in a shop opposite the tube.

Should the box they come in be black or the usual brown colour?

was just a cut price shop, and the nike boxes looked a little bit dodgy cos of the printed price tags. so took a look at the NBs as i walked in and they were in black boxes. down from £59.99 if thats any help?

i thought they could be too good to be true if they are anniversary's. it one those 'all shoes discounted' places. good selection of adidas too.

Anniverssays are just another run of the OG c/w - the black box could be the old NB box (2004 and earlier?). Could be legit, 59.99 was the RRP I think

Oi Polloi were doing them recently for £35 on sale, so price-wise it doesn't seem odd.

If they look like these but with a different tongue tag and slightly lighter blue 'N' they'll be from a previous run - which would explain the black boxes.

found a shop in frankfurt/main (germany) who still carries some smaller sizes (biggest was UK8.5) in the NB 1500 centenary "IAN BYERS" and some bigger sizes (UK11 and sth) in NBxSTUSSY 576s.

name of the shop is "ESCAPE FUTURA" in frankfurt/berger strasse, you should get contact-info via googling that
