Hi, I seen you had them when you posted on today I'm wearing along with the blue's, both looked great.

How did you get them so early ?

The store did have them in a a 9.5 only, they did not last long, on the site though it says stock coming mid november.

I saw that the CT shop has these and I thought I'd chime in on them. First of all I've found the 1300DG (and the navy 1300NR) to be extremely roomy. I own the 1300CL(US) and 1300OG (UK) both in 10.5 (along with every other New balance in a 10.5). However, these new 1300s seem long as hell to me. Very spacious. I purchased (and wore) both the 1300DG and 1300NR in my usual 10.5, and both are hitting ebay this week. They are just too big. I have a 10 in the DG sitting in my office to try on this afternoon.

Also, the toe box in every pair of the DG (but not the NR) have had this crease running across the width of the shoe (mostly on the right shoe). I'm not sure if it "breaks in" over time but looked odd.

Finally, I noticed that there are two distinct 1300DGs floating around. Most press photos show the DG that utilizes the mesh used in the 1300CL. It is more luxurious and matches the suede in color very closely. The shoe and box have a serial number starting with S1148. I got these from a store. The other DG is nice but slightly less impressive, and I have received two pair of these from New Balance themselves. These seem to be pictured on the CT site. The mesh is lighter in color so there is a bit of a contrast between the mesh and suede. Also, this si the same mesh used in the 1300NR. It is still nice but cheaper feeling. Serial # starts with S1208. Here are some (bad) pics showing the slight color variation and creased toebox.

Cheers for that Shorty. I'm yet to wear mine. I hope the crease doesn't happen along the toebox on mine, that would really piss me off!
