Does this shoe exist? My mate at work says he had a pair, he says they were black with a white swoosh and a gum sole. I've never heard of them, anyone got any pics or info?

Yep they were a football shoe in the mid-80s. There was also a similar Nike 'League' with the fold over tongue. Very popular in my school along with Puma Match and Adidas Kick.

What were the footy ones with the orange swoosh and 'NIKE' on the back in a Termiantor stylee? Had a couple pairs of those aswell as the Division. Still couldnt beat my Puma hardplay though. Truly hardcore

Werent they called Eurostrike? I remember there was two boots, one with a solid big yellow 'Nike' on the back and another with just a yellow outlined 'Nike'. Charlie Nicholas used to wear them. I had a couple of pairs of Divisions at school, if my memory serves me correct they were also made in the UK.

I think that the ones with the hollow Orange NIKE on the back were a later Division. The Divisions I had as a small boy had a white swoosh with a red border around it. I remember that they updated the shoe a few times; maybe the second incarnation?

“old too soon smart too late”
These were one of the first footie trainers to hit our school mid-80's, then Puma Match, Puma Schemer?, Adidas Samba etc etc. There was a lot of one-upmanship when it came to trainers at school and it was the same with football boots. Had a pair of those 'terminator' style boots with the yellow nike on the heel and a yellow foam mid-sole that was a nightmare to clean, boots also weighed a tonne when they got wet.
