http://www.skysports.com/skysports/article/0,,12-1275389,00.html
i kinda see his point khan was MIA after the knock down i thought the ref was gonna call it. but more a case of sour grapes me thinks
any way
Bernard "B-Hop" Hopkins vs Winky Wright is soon. i cant call it if i had to i reckon Winky will win.
heres some build up
Two of boxing's top five pound-for-pound fighters square off on Saturday night in Las Vegas. Bernard Hopkins and Winky Wright are two of the most talented all-around fighters of this generation. Their counter-punching styles and defensive skills make it almost impossible to look good against them ... which - as a fight fan - is not a good thing. From a purist's standpoint, this fight may be a classic. However, from an entertainment standpoint ... well, let's just say there's a reason this fight has relatively little buzz and no one's anticipating a fight of the year type of bout.
After back-to-back controversial decision losses to Jermain Taylor, it looked as if Hopkins was done. However, Hopkins - now 42 - bounced back with a dominating performance over light heavyweight champ Antonio Tarver last June. It's been 13 months since that win so there's always the chance that age finally catches up with Hopkins ... but don't count on it.
With the bout being held at a catch weight of 170 pounds, 35-year old Winky Wright (51-3-1) will be competing at a heavier weight than ever before. Wright's best days were at 154 but he also looked comfortable at middleweight over his last four bouts. It's possible that an additional ten pounds could be a problem for Wright ... but don't count on it.
