It doesn't have to be like that in my opinion, it can just be a seperate thread were you post your wanted-list instead of posting it in TIA or like some others have it in their profile etc.

Maybe an idea to have a seperate thread for this like in the /// section. If one of the mod's could turn it into a sticky??? :brassknocks:

My personal list is too long, but for know I'm looking for the M670 SK (grey/black) in a UK 9.5/ US 10, any help will be more than welcome.

Anyway, I think what Al's tyring to say is, you know if it's a 'where can I find' type of question compared to a 'who has some' question.

Eg, "Where can I find some of the recent burgundy M670s" could be considered legitimate. Whereas "Where could I find some Solebox Purple Devil 1500s" would be a different story.

Replying with "well *** has them on sale at the moment" or "they're in the outlets, I'll have a look for you next time I'm there" is legit, compared to "I have a pair they're nearly DS and fully good condition" is something probably better left to IMs or emails.

It's common sense and most of the time is dealt with in the 'heads up' forum and really isn't a problem in the NB forums like it is over on adi's side of the fence.

I understand the premise of this, but how are people, looking for older/more obscure releases, supposed to let people on here know ? We can't just go around IMing or emailing everyone.

Not really the reason for this thread.
The board has been inundated with people starting new thread just to ask "Where can I get a **** in a UK9?" etc.
This thread is to put all those requests into one place and keep the board tidy and clutter free.

I want to buy some navy 577, but I dont like the grey( leather?) highlight running from the two top eyelets to the side paneal on the current GR version.

Iis there a widely available version with a blue or darker gey highlight? Alternatively a pair similar to the Grey NBxSNS version but with a dark sole unit.

If such cw do exist ,where may I find such a beast?

nope, they haven't, i already checked sev.

the bloke that is selling them has a bunch of outlet stuff too, so thats why i thought some must have turned up, but no there most definitely not from there so no idea where he has them from.

I'm wondering if they ended up in the JD outlets. I remember seeing a load of the earlier Size? 577's in the JD outlet a couple of years ago for £25.

Looking at that Leicester sellers other items, I'm betting that he did get them from one of the Cumbrian factory shops. Stranger things have happened....

i called them up and asked a couple of weeks ago, they said they never had them in and they were not allowed to sell them.....i know in the past some of the more limited stuff has been in there but they were addament these never came from there.

thank you! I may hold out for e-bay or someplace cheaper. I wish Schuh still had my size, I think they had them for 54 pounds and these are 91 Euros (roughly $71 US vs. $121 US).

I personally don't think that they will come up cheaper than that any time soon, but yeah you could be lucky. They are coming back in Autumn, since this year is their 20th anniversary :bling:, but you never know with NB, maybe they will come in a different shape than what you're used too.

thanks, never had a pair of 577s before, I'll bite the bullet to make sure I get them. Everything else UK in the last year I've liked has popped up much cheaper than retail on e-bay...except for these (nothing crazy, stuff like 1300s, 1400s, 576, 670, a 574 or two).
