CHRISTMAS 2011 - DELIVERY & RETURNS

Christmas is a stressful time if you're buying for friends, family or yourself. When it comes to returns and delivery times, we've made a few alterations to estimated arrival times and potential refunds.

LAST ORDER DATES FOR CHRISTMAS DELIVERY

Christmas Delivery: To avoid delivery rage, the last order to date to ensure Global Sneakersaver arrival before Christmas for Australia, USA and non-EU customers is this Friday 9th, while EU Sneakersaver last orders are the 14th and the UK Sneakersaver last orders should be made by the 15th of December.

Please note these dates are a guide only and we do not guarantee delivery before 25th December.

RETURNS

For the Christmas period we're offering an extended returns period for items bought as gifts—items bought now (from December 01st 2011) can be returned up to January 31st 2012 rather than the usual 28 day policy. Our usual conditions of return apply.
