SHIPPING OPTIONS

 

 

Please note: On some high demand products Sneakersaver can take a little longer to process and post. 

To ensure you get your shoes as efficiently as possible, there's a few delivery options on offer at Crooked Tongues and we've brokered deals and made it a work-in-progress to get you the best service possible.

Whether it's our premium UK next day (which is FREE on orders over £100) and global shipping options or our unparallelled SNEAKERSAVER service that ships worldwide for free and will get shoes to UK addresses in 4 days, we're keen to avoid the hidden extra costs of online shopping. 

We use a number of couriers to get those all-important shoeboxes to your door or desk, but they're all tried and tested. With an ultra-efficient warehouse system and these carriers, our aim is to get your product to you promptly.

Please note: We don't ship to P.O. Boxes, B.F.P.O. addresses or A.P.O. addresses.

WHY CAN'T I ORDER ADIDAS PRODUCTS IF I LIVE OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN ECONOMIC AREA (EEA)?

As of January the 1st 2013, adidas have implemented a policy for European retailers that forbids them from selling their products beyond the European Economic Area (EEA). They make the rules and we, as an account holder, have to adhere to them. That includes Reebok too.

WHY CAN'T I ORDER REEBOK PRODUCTS IF I LIVE OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN ECONOMIC AREA (EEA)?

See above. We never made that rule, but the brand has enforced it.

 

UK NEXT DAY DELIVERY

This costs £4.95, and it's a flat rate. Additional pairs in the same order won't cost a penny more. If you need those shoes on your feet as soon as possible, this is the option.

If you order by 5 pm, Monday to Friday, you'll receive your goods the next working day.

Any orders placed on a Bank Holiday will be delivered 2 working days later.

A tracking link will be sent to you once your order reaches the carrier we are using for your delivery, for you to be able to follow it all the way to your front door.

Our carrier will deliver your parcel between 7am and 9pm. A signature may be required on receipt. If you are not around to accept your parcel, the carrier may leave it with a neighbour, or in a safe place (i.e. hidden from sight and protected from the rain) if they think it is safe to do so. A calling card will be posted through your door to let you know this has been done.

If the parcel can't be left in a safe place or with a neighbour, the carrier will take it back to the local depot, and leave you a card telling you how you can pick it up.

Next Day Delivery is not available to the following postcodes: AB31, AB33 - 38, AB44, AB45, AB51-56, BT, GY, HS1-9, IM, IV1-56, JE, KA27-28, KW1-17, PA20-78, PH19-50, TR21-25, ZE1-3.

 

FREE 4-DAY UK SNEAKERSAVER DELIVERY

We understand that delivery costs can be a pain. If you're in the UK, and you can deal with a slight wait, Sneakersaver is the solution. It takes 4 days and it's completely free.

Deliveries will be made within 4 working days after you place your order (excluding Weekends) e.g. If you order on Wednesday your goods will be delivered by the following Tuesday.

Please wait the full 4 working days for your delivery to arrive.

If you're not around to take delivery of your parcel, you will be left a calling card telling you how you can pick up your goods.

 

FREE UK NEXT-DAY DELIVERY ON UK ORDERS OVER £100

If you're based in the UK and spend over £100 in the Crooked Tongues store, you'll get next-day delivery free. Just select SNEAKERSAVER & you'll be upgraded automatically. 

Order before 5pm (Mon-Fri) to get your goods the following day.

This offer applies to selected UK postcodes.

 

INTERNATIONAL TRACKED DELIVERY

We've been doing this for 10 years now, and international tracked delivery has long been a speciality. We charge a flat rate for each region for up to four pairs. 

International tracked shipping is charged on a flat rate basis within reason. For four or more pairs in one order, shipping will be subject to change due to postage costs incurred. 

We can't take any responsibility for any customs or import taxes incurred in the country of delivery, including broker fees.

 

FREE GLOBAL SNEAKERSAVER DELIVERY

If you’re outside of the UK, and you can deal with a slight wait, Global SNEAKERSAVER is the solution. It usually takes five to eleven working days to arrive, but it's completely free. Orders using free global SNEAKERSAVER delivery will be delivered using DPD’s non-tracked mail service.

Free global shipping is available within reason. For bulk orders, over two pairs of shoes, shipping will be subject to change due to postage costs incurred.

Please note: Postal delays are out of our control (and they do happen from time to time), so please wait another 11 working days if your order hasn't arrived on time.

WHERE'S MY ORDER?

If you're using International Tracked Delivery or UK Next Day delivery, you can track your order using the 'Track my order' function in your store account. In the unlikely event there's any issues, you can contact customer services via support@crookedtongues.com - make sure you include your order number and contact details.

THERE'S A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER.
