To ensure you get your shoes as efficiently as possible, there's a few delivery options on offer at Crooked Tongues. We use a number of couriers to get those all-important shoeboxes to your door or desk, but they're all tried and tested for a superior service. With an ultra-efficient warehouse system and these carriers, our aim is to get your product to you promptly.
Please note: We don't ship to P.O. Boxes, B.F.P.O. addresses or A.P.O. addresses.

UK NEXT DAY DELIVERY
This costs £4.95, and it's a flat rate. Additional pairs in the same order won't cost a penny more. If you need those shoes on your feet as soon as possible, this is the option.
If you order by 5 pm, Monday to Friday, you'll receive your goods the next working day.
Any orders placed on a Bank Holiday will be delivered 2 working days later.
A tracking link will be sent to you once your order reaches the carrier we are using for your delivery, for you to be able to follow it all the way to your front door.
Our carrier will deliver your parcel between 7am and 9pm. A signature may be required on receipt. If you are not around to accept your parcel, the carrier may leave it with a neighbour, or in a safe place (i.e. hidden from sight and protected from the rain) if they think it is safe to do so. A calling card will be posted through your door to let you know this has been done.
If the parcel can't be left in a safe place or with a neighbour, the carrier will take it back to the local depot, and leave you a card telling you how you can pick it up.
Next Day Delivery is not available to the following postcodes: AB31, AB33 - 38, AB44, AB45, AB51-56, BT, GY, HS1-9, IM, IV1-56, JE, KA27-28, KW1-17, PA20-78, PH19-50, TR21-25, ZE1-3.
FREE UK SNEAKERSAVER DELIVERY
We understand that delivery costs can be a pain. If you're in the UK, and you can deal with a slight wait, Sneakersaver is the solution. It usually takes just under a week, but it's completely free.
Deliveries will be made within 6 working days after you place your order (excluding Weekends) e.g. If you order on Wednesday your goods will be delivered by the following Thursday.
Please wait the full 6 working days for your delivery to arrive.
If you're not around to take delivery of your parcel, you will be left a calling card telling you how you can pick up your goods.
INTERNATIONAL TRACKED DELIVERY

We've been doing this for 10 years now, and international tracked delivery has long been a speciality. We charge a flat rate for each region for up to four pairs.
International tracked shipping is charged on a flat rate basis within reason. For four or more pairs in one order, shipping will be subject to change due to postage costs incurred.
We can't take any responsibility for any customs or import taxes incurred in the country of delivery.
FREE GLOBAL SNEAKERSAVER DELIVERY
If you’re outside of the UK, and you can deal with a slight wait, Global Sneakersaver is the solution. It takes five to eleven working days to arrive, but it's completely free. Orders using free global sneakersaver delivery will be delivered using DPD’s non-tracked mail service.

WHERE'S MY ORDER?
If you're using International Tracked Delivery or UK Next Day delivery, you can track your order using the 'Track my order' function in your store account. In the unlikely event there's any issues, you can contact customer services via support@crookedtongues.com - make sure you include your order number and contact details.
