Atiba Jefferson is the best photographer in the skate industry, but it doesn't just stop at the board. He's taken some excellent shots of musicians and actors over the years. We're all photographers these days. There's as many tinpot snappers are there are pseudo-stylists out there. There's a place in our hearts for the usual spate of scuzzy lo-fi shots that cram the blogsphere, but sometimes you need technical savvy and an eye for an excellent image. Atiba is a master of the craft. Having been shooting skaters for a long, long time, he's got a lot of images in the archives, and for their 15th anniversary, éS gave Mr Jefferson his own commemorative tome, '15 Years Of Atiba'. Wannabes might want to have a study. Filled with portraits, action shots and some more candid out-takes with a nicely die-cut cover, it's a strong piece of promo material to coincide with the launch of his Square Two shoe that hits the Crooked Tongues store very soon.
