After the three PUMA Suede drops from last year, we guessed that there might be more makeups on their way for 2010 too. We're on some Columbo shit that way you see. So far we've seen five more colourways that do it for us, following the original formula down to a tee, and the shape works for us too. Two hit the store tomorrow in both a forest green and a grey and blue, Georgetown looking jumpoff, pictured here, which despite the sensitivity of the titular material, at least look appropriately wintery, while the coming month (no set date at time of writing) see some warmer colours entering the fray. We can't knock any facet of these releases...they're accessible, authentic, and the price point is so agreeable it makes us feel warm inside - the only setback has been defining how they fit. It seemed a little variable, but marginally easier to decipher the usual Clyde twenty size down pre-purchase supreme mathematics.

Normally we're not flocking to the salmon pink side of things, but that's the shade that's floating our boat - looking at the Gourmet drops for the hot weather, PUMA aren't alone in that tactical pick of colourway. Baby blue wins too, and yellow is ill as well if you can preserve the freshness for more than three minutes. Classic shoe, classy executions - no gimmicks. All that, and we didn't mention b-boys or girls once. Well, until the very end. Keep watching the store for the drops this spring.
