Emerica's 'Stay Gold' video has been in production for what feels like a lifetime. We saw some teasers this time last year, but if you've followed the production of any significant skate video, then you'll know that they can take their time. On August the 26th (this coming Thursday) it gets it's premiere in at the Prince Charles Cinema in London. It gets an iTunes and DVD outing from September 1st, but there's no substitute for a screening alongside heckling, bellowing skaters. Not even George Costanza's legendary, "That's gotta hurt" remark can match the witticisms we've heard at skate screenings. Plus, 'Stay Gold' is set to be excellent, and it's not just 'The Outsiders' reference that's got us hyped. Reynolds, Hsu, Szafranski, Kirchart and company are going to bring the ruckus.

Our friends at Emerica have kindly blessed us with one set of tickets and a limited edition Ed Templeton 'Stay Gold' x Slam City x Emerica deck with a graphic that makes us smile every time we look at it. One winner gets both, but you'll need to pick up your tickets from Slam City Skates on Thursday to prevent the horrors the British postage system can inflict.
