Originally inspired after the mighty Tinker Hatfield spotted an abstract art poster, for some, 92's VII was a slam dunk too far from the previous models, while others hailed it another masterpiece. As a young 'un, I must admit that the lack of visible air was a disappointment, but now it can be appreciated as an innovative step (or jump) in the Jordan shoe saga with Nike branding banished entirely, and shades of the then-cutting edge Huarache fit and design amid the futuristic lines. A surreal court classic reworked here for kids...
