Cast your mind back to the year 2001, when collaborations weren't so prevalent and the Dunk wasn't quite so ubiquitous, with this variation dropping at a time between the model's low-key late nineties resurrection and the SB explosion. Stüssy were undoubtedly dons of the collaboration game, and yes, we've seen the coffee colourway flipped on a more recent general release, but remember, these hark back to a time when such a sombre palette was a welcome contrast to the tried and tested college colours. The materials are what make the Stüssy Dunk Hi's such showstoppers – the obsession with applying luxury materials to basketball shoes that the Worldwide Tribe have returned to recently begins here.
