This is one of the most experimental sneaker designs of all time, and a 2004: A Space Odyssey creation that might cause a few double takes, but showcases oddball looks and comfort that will one day permeate less off-the-wall shoe designs. Trust us. Inspired by biomorphic designer Marc Newson's fascination with astronauts and their choice of astro-footwear and named after the fifth Russian pooch to enter the space-age, this unique shoe is ultra-technical, with the outsole looking very much like the upper for a seamless blend, and a removable sock style lining thats interchangeable with other liners and Zvezdochka 'frameworks' - in a world of tired rehashes, this is a shoe that deserves total respect, even if you haven't gotten your head round it. Give it time.
