Nike - Air 180
Highly anticipated in late ’91, yet somehow lost thanks to a hefty price tag and looks that needed a little time to sink in properly (by which time, this innovative shoe had left the building) with 180 degrees of visible Air it’s a legendary design. Expanding on the foot-hugging experiments of the Huarache-fit, with skeletal paneling, these retros might not follow the exact OG blueprint, but they’re a decent resurrection of an underrated runner, seen here in one of its finest incarnations - the women's lime, white and navy colourway as an '05 retro. A beautiful shoe, and seeing as those OGs will bite the, or at least turn to, dust if you throw 'em on now, this is a fine opportunity to rock an iconic release.
