adidas Originals have worked with Kazuki Kuraishi before on the KZK range, but with Kazuki's previous experience with the B. Snowboards brand, this Winterball collaboration flows a little easier than the majority do. This take on a classic duck boot look gives it some fragment flavour, merging it with Kazuki's KBall basketball silhouette.The waxed leather and suede on the upper, extended vulcanized foxing and rubberised toe and heel details, grippy gum outsole, D-ring top fastening, heel tape neoprene collar and a buttery soft leather lining all combine for a new take on classicism. It's a simple but luxurious design, but it's made to function nicely when the temperature drops without having to resort to excessively big boots.
