We took in so many adidas Superstars in '05 we thought we'd never want to see another pair. Honestly. The vintage joints were cool, but we were craving the kind that made us want ‘em in the first place. And the ones we aspired to just had...shape. We've seen padded versions, metallic eyelets aplenty to diminish our love of the shoe, but the Superstar 2, if executed properly, is a very solid silhouette indeed.
