It's a testament to team Gourmet's discerning collective vision that they even manage to afford a vulc sole with a certain grace, but that abstract external lace detail here is the real focal point on the Diconove, contrasting well with the veg tanned side panels. Naturally, the leather employed on that upper is outstanding, and the pigskin lining means you won't be entering 2010 doing the workboot hobble - the clumsy, hobbling gait that's being unintentionally employed all over your local hipster hotspot. Exceptional quality without the cement shoe feel.
