The MINTOS name crops up again and again during the Spring season's KZK Originals By Originals drop, and we'd be lying if we said we weren't KZK Campus fanboys. All versions since the line's debut last year have been interesting, and this grey suede version is no exception. More comfortable than the inline version, thanks to the Kazuki signature sockliner, the black leather 3-Stripes is an ultra-tasteful branding choice. A piece of nylon heel taping shouldn't make that much difference aesthetically, but guess what? It does. From conversation, Kazuki's a huge Campus fan, and his loving treatment of the silhouette beloved of b-boys, terrace kids, pub-goers and skaters alike is a testament to that. One of the best yet, and the MINTOS tongue branding is excellently rendered. Why can't all collaborations be this clean?
