Here at Crooked Tongues we're pretty Laver obsessed, and while the slimmer vintage version has a bucketload of versatility, the late '70s Rod Laver Super silhouette, used here, is the one for us. The width, that sole unit and the lightweight feel is hard to beat - a design that's been adopted by Brookyln denizens for the warmer weather, and bizarrely, Hacky Sack enthusiasts. This model is one of the best adi updates ever. UNDFTD's James Bond and David Beckham seem to think so too, and their version keeps to a legendary formula, and with that icy interpretation of the sole unit, it works perfectly. Great to see this model get the dues it deserves in this premium line - a great OByO highlight.
