Around 1986, Reebok was entering the NBA with a vengeance. 4600s, 5600s and the 6600 are classics, but this premium high-top (which came with a hefty pricetag too) was a much-loved design. That almost absurd height, twinned with a quintessentially Reebok aesthetic that's clean in every respect. This model dropped just before Reebok got heavily embroiled in the battle for best gimmick that typified the late 1980s, but the reflective upper here is a winning application.
