Pro-Keds Royal Lo Canvas

The PRO-Keds Royal models hark back to a time before basketball shoes got teched-out on us. Originally launched in 1926 as the Royal Tread, on PRO-Keds's (the division of Keds that launched in 1949) launch it became an NBA mainstay. You can stick your Chuck Taylor comparisons too, the Royal is nearly a decade younger, but the width, and those 'Powerstripes' on the midsole are different.
