The Vans Authentic is the late '60s deck shoe design that originally carried the number 44 and harks back to the brand's humble store-based origins. The Authentic title is appropriate and issued a lot later when the numbers were jettisoned, but as part of the California line, this washed out canvas edition has a bird pattern that only Vans can carry off this beautifully. These fit true to size.
